Matt Xenos
Matt is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the Crappie fishing business today.
He is a Crappie fishing guide in East Tennessee, President of the East TN Crappie Club, runs the YouTube channel and website Wired For Crappie, and most importantly is a family man with a supportive wife and super kids.
His passion is Crappie fishing and we are super excited to have Matt on board and can't wait to learn more from him.
Chris “Sarge” Gill
Chris mostly fishes East Texas lakes but likes to travel to other lakes as time permits. Chris also has a YouTube channel Asleep at the Reel - Outdoors.
Chris is a 25 year retired Combat Veteran of the United States Army, injured in Afghanistan, and does what he can to help others that are/have suffered from PTSD. He started Lone Star Warriors Outdoors a 501 (c)3 org helping combat suicide and providing PTSD recovery. Check him out at www.lonestarwarriorsoutdoors.org.

Keith Acker
Keith is from Haughton, LA, and is a retired combat veteran that served in the US Army during Desert Storm and in the Air Force during Iraqi Freedom.
Keith primarily fishes in North Louisiana, East Texas, and South Arkansas. He loves taking people out to teach them how to use a Live Scope and see their excitement when they are catching big fish.
Keith's in the process of becoming a competitive crappie angler with the desire to fish as many tournaments as he's able to make. Keith loves promoting the sport of crappie fishing and we are happy to have him aboard!
Scott Bunch and Neal Alvis
Scott and Neal love to fish competitively in tournaments across the southeast for crappie and usually bring home a win. They were Crappie USA region 2 points champions in 2021 and placed 5th in the Crappie USA classic pro division in 2021. You can also see them on The Crappie Snipers YouTube.
Scott lives in Morristown, Tn and Neal lives in Rogersville, TN and we love having them on our team!
Tim Howell
Tim lives in Enid, Mississippi and owns Longbranch Guide service. Tim is highly skilled and knowledgeable on many techniques of crappie fishing. Longbranch Guide Service was established in 2015 and offers first class guided crappie fishing on some of the country’s best crappie lakes located in north west Mississippi. They can accommodate small or large groups and if you get to Mississippi this is one guide service you won't want to miss.
